Procuity is a healthcare technology company focused on healthcare financial optimization, and they are seeking an Executive Account Director to drive new business growth and manage the full sales cycle. The role involves developing sales campaigns, building client relationships, and delivering product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
- Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound outreach and lead follow‑up
- Deliver remote product demonstrations
- Own the full sales process from prospect to close
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Communicate Procuity’s value proposition clearly and effectively
- Recommend products and solutions tailored to client needs
- Participate occasionally in marketing events and activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Proven ability to prospect and generate new business
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and best practices
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and competitive drive
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Professional presence and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and spreadsheet applications
- Experience selling into the pharmacy or healthcare industry strongly preferred
- 340B experience a plus
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
