Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking an Epic Program Manager who will drive and organize project operations from conception to delivery. The role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage change within the healthcare IT sector.
Responsibilities
- Drives and organizes the operations priority list; takes projects from raw idea through to delivery
- Strong project intake, scoping, and status reporting; brings structure and keeps work in a standard process
- Experience creating and implementing workflows and processes (portfolio-management mindset)
- Epic revenue cycle experience is important; certification is not required
- Executive presence and strong communication; can represent the team to demanding stakeholders with emotional intelligence
- Change management and communication are critical, not just delivering the build, but building understanding across the ecosystem in partnership with operations
