Livingston International is the largest customs broker in Canada and the third-largest entry filer in the U.S., offering customs brokerage, consulting and compliance, and freight forwarding services. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive growth within multinational accounts by acquiring new business and expanding existing client relationships, focusing on strategic account development and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans for assigned multinational named accounts
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding revenue within existing client organizations
- Cultivate and deepen relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and global stakeholders
- Support Client Service teams to drive meaningful client business reviews
- Lead contract negotiations and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and onboarding
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to close, including responding to RFPs and presenting customized solutions
- Maintain a strong and active pipeline; track activity and progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com)
- Deliver ongoing business reviews and value updates to client stakeholders to reinforce and grow the partnership
- Collaborate closely with internal operations, product, and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals as defined by the Director of Business Development
Skills
- Proven success in both new business development and strategic account growth within enterprise and multinational environments
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong B2B sales experience with a consultative, solution-selling approach
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex buying processes and multiple stakeholders across global organizations
- High energy, self-starter mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple large opportunities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably within customs brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, or related global trade services
- Associate's Degree or equivalent post-secondary education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
