As an Engagement Manager in Global Analytics, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI, focusing on reshaping operating models and driving organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Act as the end-to-end lead on Veeva’s most complex, large-scale, and global engagements
- Build and navigate senior customer relationships, leading proposals for significant project wins and driving long-term account strategy
- Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects simultaneously, fostering a culture of excellence
- Manage project budgets of $1M+, acting as the primary point of contact for project health and commercial success
- Support brand-building activities and the development of internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the forefront of the industry
Skills
- 8+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Proven track record of managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements
- Proven expertise in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment
- A highly analytical approach to problem-solving with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Deep knowledge of Veeva products
- Previous analyst-level work with working knowledge and proficiency of SQL and/or Python
- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
