About the Role Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Remote Early Childhood Curriculum Developer to design and refine educational materials for young learners. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and write innovative curriculum content for early childhood education programs (ages 0-8). Ensure all curriculum materials are developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive, and meet educational objectives. Create engaging lesson plans, activities, assessments, and learning resources for various subjects. Collaborate remotely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educators to review and refine content. Conduct research on emerging trends and best practices in early childhood education to inform curriculum development. Develop clear guidelines and training materials for educators implementing the curriculum. Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and scope. Contribute to the evaluation and iterative improvement of existing curriculum resources. Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency across all developed materials. Requirements Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, specifically within early childhood education. Proven track record of creating engaging and effective learning materials for young children. Deep knowledge of early childhood learning theories, standards (e.g., Common Core, NAEYC), and pedagogy. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. Proficiency in using digital tools for content creation, collaboration, and project management. Demonstrated ability to work independently and productively in a remote setting. Experience with instructional design principles and multimedia development is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
