The Digital Marketing Manager evaluates the impact and efficiency of digital marketing programs and provides actionable insights to improve results and uncover growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Track and evaluate centralized digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics
- Generate weekly reports on traffic, leads, enrollments, and demographics, highlighting trends and opportunities for program improvement
- Examine the relationship between advertising performance, website activity, and conversion rates to enhance the overall user experience
- Recommend marketing budget adjustments based on historical performance and data-driven insights
- Monitor competitor activity and broader market trends, sharing significant findings with senior management
- Prepare reports linking website traffic to advertising performance and participate in performance review calls to address concerns and outline next steps
- Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for marketing programs
Skills
- 2–3 years of digital marketing, performance marketing, or analytics experience
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Analytics strongly preferred
- Agency experience a plus
