[Remote] Dialogflow IVR Consultant

Axiom Global Technologies is looking for a Conversational AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Google Dialogflow CX/ES and Google Customer Engagement Suite. The role involves building intelligent chat and voice assistants, developing conversational workflows, and integrating APIs with cloud-native services.

Responsibilities

• Build intelligent chat and voice assistants
• Develop conversational workflows
• Integrate APIs
• Work with cloud-native services such as Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub

Skills

• Hands-on experience in Google Dialogflow CX/ES
• Hands-on experience in Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES)
• Hands-on experience in GCP
• Experience building intelligent chat and voice assistants
• Experience developing conversational workflows
• Experience integrating APIs
• Experience working with cloud-native services such as Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and conversational workflows
• Knowledge of REST APIs & Microservices
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
