We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote Data Input Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data across our various digital platforms, playing a crucial role in the efficiency of our operations. This is a fully remote position. The salary for this role is $20 - $30 USD per hour, commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities * Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our company databases and systems. * Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information to ensure high levels of accuracy. * Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all company and customer data. * Organise and manage electronic files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible. * Generate reports and retrieve data from the database upon request. * Identify and correct data entry errors, and report any system issues to the relevant department. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency across the organisation. Qualifications and Skills * Proven experience in a data entry or similar role, with a track record of high accuracy. * Exceptional typing speed and proficiency with numerical and alphabetical data entry. * Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel. * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. * The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. * A high degree of integrity and a professional approach to handling confidential information. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with CRM systems or other database software is desirable but not essential.
