Meritore Technologies is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to support the onboarding and integration of AmplifAI, an AI-driven capability designed to enhance contact center coaching and performance management. This role will focus on building metrics, designing and implementing secure, scalable data pipelines and Snowflake connectivity between UHC enterprise applications and the AmplifAI platform.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and integration of AmplifAI, an AI-driven capability designed to enhance contact center coaching and performance management
- Focus on building metrics, designing and implementing secure, scalable data pipelines and Snowflake connectivity between UHC enterprise applications and the AmplifAI platform
Skills
- 5+ years of experience working in the Healthcare industry as a Developer in Databricks
- 5+ years of experience working with Spark
- 5+ years of experience working with Snowflake
- 5+ years of experience working with Python
- Working knowledge of data modeling and schema design
- Solid experience in ETL/ELT and distributed data processing
- Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, or data quality frameworks
- Experience in system/application integrations
- Exposure to DevOps or DataOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring)
- Experience working in large, regulated, or enterprise scale environments
