The successful candidate will support sales planning and execution by providing crucial analytics to guide decisions and develop key performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for annual sales planning including quota planning and go-to-market strategy
- Convert raw data into meaningful business insights to drive decision-making
- Establish and track performance standards and specific activities based on predefined success criteria for the sales organization
- Monitor business performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend action steps
- Use advanced Excel, Tableau, and SQL skills to report and analyze data effectively
Skills
- Expert analytical abilities with a strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and SQL
- Strong experience with Google's G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience in sales analytics or related field preferred
