ActiveSoft, Inc is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Application Support Analyst to provide Level 1/Level 2 production support for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot workflow issues, support Power Platform solutions, and assist with D365 upgrades while collaborating with developers.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Troubleshoot workflows, production issues, and integration failures
- Support AP, AR, Purchasing, and Finance users
- Resolve Power Platform and Dataverse issues
- Execute SQL data analysis and troubleshooting
- Support D365 upgrades, testing, deployments, and release activities
- Maintain security roles, documentation, and knowledge articles
- Collaborate with developers for issue resolution
- Deliver excellent customer support while meeting SLA commitments
Skills
- 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Strong experience supporting AP, AR, Purchasing/Procurement
- Production/Application Support (L1/L2)
- Workflow troubleshooting
- SQL / T-SQL
- Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
- Read-level X++ or C#
- D365 Security Roles
