Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Process UPS shipments and related requests
- Process claims and additional service requests as business needs change
- Research and resolve customer issues with professionalism and accuracy
- Verify customer eligibility, payment information, order status, shipping status, and product availability
- Complete documentation, correspondence, and forms accurately
- Process orders, payments, and related transactions
- Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions
- Identify trends or recurring customer concerns and communicate them to leadership
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, products, and procedures
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service performance standards
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned
