They are seeking a results-driven Content & Engagement Manager to execute integrated marketing programs that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement in a B2B environment, blending digital marketing with event planning.
Responsibilities
- Write compelling, audience-focused content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering and product teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent and impactful
- Conduct research to understand target audiences, trends, and competitive positioning
- Maintain and evolve the editorial calendar aligned with strategic initiatives and campaign timelines
- Design digital and print collateral including social graphics, infographics, brochures, advertisements, and trade show materials
- Create brand-consistent visuals that reflect identity standards and campaign goals
- Video creation (short videos, product videos, reels, other social content, etc.)
- Implement a strategic approach to growing YouTube content and followers
- Support the creation of internal and external presentations and sales tools
- Catalog page creation and edits, in coordination with the engineering team
- Create optimized content for SEO, paid media, and social platforms
- Assist in website content and graphic updates, including layout enhancements
- Help craft and optimize email campaigns using platforms like Constant Contact and Active Campaign
- Trade show, conferences, webinars, and customer event support
- Support pre- and post-event marketing efforts, including promotions, email campaigns, and lead follow-up
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all events
- Work closely with VP Marketing & Communications, Director of PR & Communications, engineering, vendors and other stakeholders to understand creative needs and project goals
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaign themes, visuals, and formats
- Ensure all communications are consistent with brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Proactively propose updates to design templates and messaging to enhance brand cohesion and impact
- Perform regular audits of marketing materials to maintain consistency and relevance
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant content creation and design experience
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with WordPress and email marketing tools such as Constant Contact and Active Campaign
- Knowledge of video editing and basic animation is a plus
- Electrical industry experience is a bonus but not required
