Responsibilities
- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Conducting product demonstrations via phone or video
- Clearly explaining the benefits of the automated RCM platform and integrated telehealth tools to potential clients
- Managing a sales pipeline
- Following up with prospects

Skills
- Proven experience in commission-based sales, preferably in healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, or medical billing services
- Strong skills in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and building long-term client relationships in a remote environment
- Ability to clearly present and explain software platforms, including features related to patient billing, telehealth, treatment planning, and e-prescribing
- Comfort with using CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and other digital sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to healthcare providers and administrative staff
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Understanding of insurance billing, credentialing processes, or healthcare operations is highly beneficial
- High school diploma required
- An associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
