- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain self-motivation
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leadership roles is a plus
- High school diploma or GED; a college degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous but not required
- Licensure in financial services or a willingness to obtain applicable licenses as required
- Proficiency with digital tools and sales software
