They are seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to help drive data-informed decision-making across technology-driven initiatives by translating business needs into actionable insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Support decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights
- Map and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Continuously refine requirements and solutions based on feedback and evolving needs
Skills
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technology or data-driven environments
- Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into structured documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data, reporting tools, or basic SQL is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering business value
- Experience working in SaaS, data, or AI-related projects
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience with process modeling (e.g., BPMN) or workflow documentation
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Background in consulting or cross-functional delivery environments
