Datamars is a company passionate about helping pets find their way back to their owners through innovative pet recovery and identification solutions. They are seeking a creative and strategic Brand & Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support brand growth, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives
- Lead content creation and campaign execution across email, social media, websites, SEO, digital advertising, webinars, video, and marketing materials
- Manage the PID brand and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Own marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and content plans
- Manage CRM marketing programs, customer segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign reporting
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance to maximize engagement and ROI
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Ecommerce, Operations, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives
- Support trade shows, industry events, sponsorships, partnerships, and brand-building opportunities
- Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, content marketing, or integrated marketing
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, social media, CRM platforms, and analytics tools
- Ability to think strategically while also executing day-to-day marketing activities
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- A passion for creating engaging customer experiences and building meaningful brands
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
