Small Tech / Creative studio seeking a remote Sales / Biz Dev / Operations Ninja to join our team! Preferably in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate would be the crew's 4th column, someone who can swing with the punches and is willing to invest their time in growing the company to its full potential. CEO has been involved in successful exits and can invest the time to catalyze the growth necessary.

If everything works out, equity would be available 6 months out from hire. Will start on commission only for the first 2 months. Draw on commission for the first 4 months thereafter. Salary and Equity thereafter if qualified.

In this role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of our sales cycle—from building awareness and generating leads via email campaigns to communicating our value to customers and closing deals. You will learn about Agile development and Design Thinking Methodology which applies to building digital products efficiently and iteratively.
