The Bank Policy Writer will lead the development, drafting, and maintenance of banking and operational policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
Responsibilities
- Draft and maintain comprehensive banking policies, procedures, and internal manuals
- Ensure alignment with Anguilla regulatory requirements and labor laws
- Collaborate with the Legal team to update policies based on evolving fintech requirements and cross-border partnership agreements
- Maintain policy repositories to support audit readiness and compliance
Skills
- Experience in policy writing for financial institutions or fintech companies
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with or ability to rapidly master Anguilla's legal and regulatory environments
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience with offshore banking or Special Economic Zone (SEZ) regulations
