Skills
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including calendar management, document preparation, and record keeping
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting leaders with scheduling, meeting coordination, and confidential information handling
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent), digital collaboration tools, and remote work platforms
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively in a diverse, international academic setting
- Relevant education or training in administration, office management, or a related field
- Additional language skills, especially Swedish
- Prior experience in a university, research, or public sector environment
