They are seeking Ad Operations Analysts to join their fast-moving digital team, focusing on managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and monitor digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms
- Track performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify optimization opportunities
- Analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions daily
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth delivery
- Work with internal teams to execute and improve campaign performance
- Build reports and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / platform dashboards)
- Continuously test variables (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies)
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers
- Fluent English (written and spoken - must be able to communicate clearly in a professional environment)
- High attention to detail
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks without losing focus
- STEM fields preferred: Math, Engineering, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, etc
- Any exposure to digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
