[Remote] ACT! CRM Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CDW is seeking an experienced ACT! CRM Consultant to assess and optimize an existing ACT! CRM environment. This consultant will evaluate system architecture, data structure, administration processes, and backup/recovery practices while identifying opportunities to improve performance, governance, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• CRM environment assessment and documentation
• Governance and administration review
• Backup and recovery gap analysis
• Optimization roadmap and best-practice recommendations

Skills

• Hands-on ACT! CRM / ACT! Premium administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and CRM database structures
• Experience with CRM assessments, audits, migrations, or optimization projects
• Expertise in backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and documentation
