This fully remote role combines account management and project management, owning client relationships and driving successful delivery of B2B marketing projects from kickoff through completion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables from start to finish
- Coordinate internal teams across content, design, and paid media to meet deadlines
- Lead internal and client-facing meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in an agency or B2B marketing environment
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics such as content, lead generation, and paid media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
