The role focuses on driving sales and providing excellent service to customers in various laboratory settings while managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales in the South East
- Support customers by identifying their key pain points
- Advise which products in your portfolio would best serve their requirements
- Manage existing accounts and identify new customers in academic, CRO, biotech and pharma laboratories
- Travel ~60% of your time to customer sites across the Southeast for instrument demonstrations, presentations and negotiation
Skills
- BSc minimum in Chemistry or related subject
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
- UK driver's license and willingness to travel
- Proven experience within scientific sales and understanding of the sales process is highly desirable
