They are seeking an Account Manager to manage customer accounts, build relationships, and ensure successful engagement with their solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for security and leadership teams using Cordaata’s solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Understand their risk management and business objectives
- Ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing engagement
- Coordinate regular check-ins
- Gather feedback
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product and engineering to address customer needs
- Prepare account plans
- Track usage and satisfaction
- Support renewals
- Communicate value and outcomes in business terms
Skills
- Client relationship management skills, including account planning, stakeholder communication, and customer success practices
- Experience with SaaS or technology products, preferably in cybersecurity, risk management, or related domains
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, understand customer objectives, and articulate value in business terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and collaborative platforms used for account tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
- Prior experience in account management, customer success, or consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with early-stage or startup environments is a plus
