They are seeking an Account Executive responsible for managing and growing client accounts, building relationships, and aligning solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing client accounts by building trusted relationships
- Understanding customer needs and aligning solutions with business objectives
- Conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotes, and tracking contract performance
- Coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting the development of account plans and sales strategies
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and reporting on account status
- Collaborating with leadership to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals
Skills
- Experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development in Government or commercial services environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Ability to interpret customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and support proposal and contract development processes
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, systems engineering, or operational services, or willingness to learn these domains
- Proficiency with CRM software and common office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with technical, operations, and leadership teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required clearances or background checks, as applicable to customer requirements
- Experience working with Government contracts or federal regulations is beneficial
