Catapult Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead demand generation initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment. This role involves collaborating with various teams to execute multi-channel campaigns aimed at generating demand and nurturing leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated ABM and demand generation campaigns across digital, email, webinars, events, direct mail, paid media, and web
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to build joint go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline growth
- Create audience segmentation, messaging, and campaign assets tailored to target buyers
- Build and refine customer personas and buying journey strategies
- Use qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
- Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze ROI, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Translate customer and partner insights into actionable marketing initiatives
- Manage relationships with external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Skills
- BA/BS or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience building and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation, and lead nurturing
- Experience creating marketing plans and managing agency partners
- Strong understanding of customer personas and buying behavior
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical, research, and testing experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience working in SaaS is a plus
- MBA preferred
