Apply Now →

Our client is an international financial technology and payments company headquartered in the United Kingdom, with subsidiaries across multiple regions. The company employs more than 100 people worldwide and is in a period of aggressive expansion. It is now entering the Caribbean market and is hiring a Regional Business Development Manager to lead that growth. The client's name is confidential at this stage and will be shared with candidates selected for interview.

Most of the company's clients are governments. Its core work is digitizing services from end to end, including the payment flows behind them, in areas such as immigration, border security, and government services. You will open the Caribbean market and build the client base from the ground up: assessing and prioritizing target markets, identifying where the company's solutions fit, and winning government, institutional, and private sector clients. You will be one of the company's first hires in the region, working side by side with the Head of Market Development for the Caribbean and reporting to the Global Chief Strategy Officer. Most teams work remotely. This is an individual contributor role within the global business development team, offering startup-style ownership with the backing of an established global company.

What you will do:

What success looks like: an active business pipeline within your first 90 to 180 days, and multiple signed contracts within 12 to 24 months.
