Job Description: • Build supplier relationships, create supplier accountability. • Target low performing suppliers (OTD, responsiveness) and develop RCA / performance improvement plans. • Drive delivery strategy and execution at assigned suppliers (VMI or direct shipments) • Identify and resolve input material risks through raw material reviews with assigned suppliers (eg: Electronic component risks for PCBA suppliers) • Apply early risk identification techniques to deliveries. • Coordinate with functional experts to resolve those problems before impact to internal customers. • Regular on-site supplier visits • Identify capacity risks at suppliers and coordinate mitigation with BV (GE partner) and collaborate with suppliers to execute capacity plans. • Solve logistics problems to ensure successful delivery outcomes for our customers. • Communicate timely, articulately, and effectively across key stakeholders at multiple levels of leadership. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED) • Significant experience in Sourcing, Supplier Management or Supply Chain Manufacturing or Operations • Fluent English and French language skills Benefits: • No relocation assistance provided
