The Program Manager, Scholar Learning Experiences will coordinate and manage processes to deliver impactful digital learning experiences for high-achieving students from low-income communities throughout their 6-year journey with Thrive Scholars. This behind-the-scenes role supports staff and systems that facilitate a world-class scholar learning experience.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with program teams to ensure smooth delivery of scholar learning experiences, document and maintain the organization's multi-year program map outlining outcomes and learning experiences, and manage multiple concurrent projects at a high level. The role involves coordinating with the MD of Scholar Learning Experiences and supporting the digital ecosystem and online curricula that shape how Scholars engage with Thrive programming.
Skills & Tools: Project management expertise, exceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently, and proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and database systems (Salesforce preferred). Instructional design and learning sciences principles expertise are preferred.
Qualifications: Project management experience in education, non-profit, and/or college access settings with a preference for those with a background in education administration. Familiarity with LMS administration, understanding of data and database systems, and a commitment to the Thrive Scholars mission are required.
