Job Description:
Proficient in the following:
Beeline- VMS experience is must
• Project Task Estimation
• Resource Scheduling
• Risk and Issue Management
• Waterfall and Agile methods
• Work breakdown and critical path method
• Stakeholder Management
• Critical Thinking (anticipates problems and establishes methods to mitigate project/program risks)
• Budget/Financial Management including Business Case completion
• Executive communications for senior management
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Builds the framework and tracks the product''s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Translate business objectives into platform capabilities and non-functional requirements; ensure designs align with firm risk, controls, security, and resiliency guardrails, and make trade offs explicit to reduce time to market and simplify dependencies
• Manage product delivery discipline in Jira, Confluence and other product tools—keep backlogs and boards current, document epics/stories with acceptance criteria, publish decision records and release notes, and maintain dashboards for progress and risk visibility
