Job Description:
- Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: Define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Champion Customer Centricity: Conduct user research, analyze user data (qualitative & quantitative), and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Deliver Value, Usability, Feasibility & Viability: Lead the tribe in building products that are valuable (solves customer problems), usable (intuitive user experience), feasible (technical capabilities), and viable (aligned with business goals).
- Master of Product Discovery & Delivery: Employ proven product discovery methods to uncover opportunities and validate solutions. Champion agile methodologies for efficient product delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional tribe consisting of a delivery manager, tech lead, product designer, and development squad.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights (leading & lagging indicators) to measure product success and inform future product iterations.
- Fast Learner: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn the intricacies of the FinTech domain and collaborate effectively with the technical development squad.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of shipping successful products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in utilizing leading and lagging indicators to measure product success.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the FinTech industry and a desire to learn quickly.
- Proven ability to proactively identify, communicate, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (e.g., executives, commercial, marketing, customer support, engineering).

- Experience in the mobile wallet or FinTech space.
- Experience working in a cross-functional tribe setting.
- Experience with specific product discovery or delivery tools (e.g., user interview techniques, user journey mapping, A/B testing).
