Requirements
- Experience as a product designer on complex products, ideally B2B, fintech, accounting, or other systems-heavy environments
- Ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and iteration
- Active use of LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT in design workflow
- Comfort in Cursor or Claude Code, even if not writing production code by hand
- Ability to work with PMs to define success metrics and adjust based on results
