Job Description:
• This position will play a critical role in supporting the broader team in executing the client transform their business with digital transformation efforts.
• Develop new automation capabilities, processes, and procedures for enhancing the security effectiveness and operational efficiency of DHS’s mission-based capabilities through enhanced detection, automation, integration, and connection.
• This position will assist in strategic program support in terms of process automation, data analytics and change management.
• The position will work within teams to bring transformation tools and improvements, primarily using MS Power Platform.
Requirements:
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"
• Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• FOUR (4) or more years' experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement
• Three (3) years or more years' Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate)
• Active DHS Public Trust or higher clearance (What Would Be Nice To Have)
• Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies
• Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate)
• Tableau or BI software experience
• R or Python software experience
