Job Summary

HP is looking for a true technical and strategic leader to join our team as a Principal Pre-Sales Technologist and be the lead technical champion for the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) and its corresponding solutions.

WXP is our cloud-based enterprise solution that helps organizations move from reactive IT to a proactive, user-centric approach. In this role, you will be responsible for building deep client relationships, communicating the immense value of our proposed solutions, and directly contributing to revenue growth. You will partner with stakeholders from the C-suite to the engineering teams, influencing their business and technology decisions by designing and evangelizing WXP as their core strategic platform.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $178,000 - $262,000 annually, with a 80/20 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
