About the Role

This is a senior, strategy-led growth role. You own the paid acquisition and lead-gen roadmap end to end, set the numeric targets, and are measured on qualified pipeline delivered, not activity completed. You are not personally building every campaign. Execution (ad-building, copywriting, landing pages) is delegated to freelancers or agency partners that you brief, manage, and hold accountable.

The role sits across a multi-brand B2B portfolio, so a big part of the job is prioritisation: deciding where spend and attention go each quarter and being disciplined enough to pull resources from what isn't working. If you've only run one brand's ad account before, this will feel different; if you've worked agency-side or across a multi-brand group, this is likely familiar territory.

The portfolio spans creative/digital agency services, corporate travel management, staffing and recruitment, specialist tech recruitment, and security/compliance technology. Each business has a different buyer (procurement, HR, security/compliance leads, corporate travel managers), but all share a B2B sales motion: longer cycles, account-based targeting, lead quality over volume. This is a remote role and requires strong async communication given the time difference with the Australian leadership team.
