We are looking for a Payroll Assistant who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and has a positive, never-give-up attitude. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee timekeeping and payroll data
- Support payroll calculations including salaries, deductions, benefits, and overtime
- Help resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality
- Assist with reports, audits, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in payroll, accounting, or administrative work is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Smart problem-solver with a “never give up” mindset
- Positive, jolly, and team-oriented personality
- Able to manage deadlines and work well under pressure
- Basic knowledge of Excel or payroll systems is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
