Circle Tel is a fast-growing startup serving the South African SMME market with affordable, resilient connectivity and IT solutions. We are seeking an ambitious, early mid-career Partner & Sales Manager to help us build and manage sales channels, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in our startup phase. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone eager to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Gather market intelligence and feedback from partners and customers to help refine our offerings and go-to-market approach

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience).
  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales, channel/partner management, or business development (ICT/tech sector preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Passion for technology and supporting small businesses is a plus.

Benefits
