Summary
DaMar Staffing Solutions of Indianapolis (“DaMar”) is a premier boutique recruitment firm offering full-service contingency base solutions for administrative and professional level staffing for all industries. The Part-Time Talent Sourcer is responsible for identifying talent by leveraging various talent sourcing tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)
Responsible for searching for potential candidates using various talent sourcing tools including but not limited to ATS, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Linkedin, University websites, Internet searches, etc.
Partner with recruiter to understand current and planned talent needs.
Update and maintain candidate database as needed.
Send frequent recruiting emails and follow up with candidates in a timely manner.
Maintain an excellent candidate experience with the responsiveness and follow-through for each candidate no matter what part of the interview process they may be in.
Understand and embrace our core values Excellence, Integrity, Inspiration, Service.
Create postings based on the job description an job order information.
Support the recruitment team with special projects as assigned.
Must be comfortable with meeting metrics and following a script if applicable.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED; associates degree a plus
Prior experience sourcing passive candidates in a high-volume environment
Prior experience with utilizing an applicant tracking system
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Email.
Must be energetic, organized, and dependable

Starting pay: $16.00 to $20.00 hourly; incentives included
