JP Prime Commercial Cleaning is hiring a Part-Time Remote Appointment Setter to help grow our commercial cleaning business in Connecticut.
This role is fully remote (work from home) and focused on generating new business opportunities by contacting local companies and scheduling cleaning estimate appointments.
This position is focused on results, not hours worked or presence. We value performance over time worked.
Compensation:
• Hourly pay: $18 – $20 per hour
• Plus commission bonuses based on contracts closed from your booked appointments
Responsibilities:
• Research local businesses in Connecticut (offices, medical clinics, property management companies, contractors, etc.)
• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Send professional introduction emails
• Follow up with leads
• Schedule cleaning estimate appointments
• Track activity in a spreadsheet or CRM
Requirements:
• Fluent English (speaking and writing)
• Comfortable with cold calling
• Good communication skills
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Experience in sales or lead generation is a plus
Preferred:
• Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
