Project-Based | Work from Home | Potential for Ongoing Work
DARTdrones is looking for a detail-oriented Curriculum Developer to help improve and expand our online drone training courses.
This is a contract, project-based position. We'll begin with a single project, and if it's a great fit, there is potential for ongoing work throughout 2026 and beyond.
Initial Projects (2026)
• Update and improve our Advanced Drone Course
• Use AI tools to develop new FAA Part 107 practice questions
• Coordinate instructor review and validation of assessment questions
• Upload and manage content in our LMS (Litmos) and SCORM courses
• Assist with more complex Litmos administration and troubleshooting
• Update our Basic Flight Training course
• Help review courses for instructional quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance
Potential Future Projects (2027)
• Develop new course content
• Refresh and modernize existing SCORM courses
• Assist with new curriculum initiatives as our training library grows
We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience With
• AI tools (especially for research, content creation, and productivity)
• Learning Management Systems (Litmos experience is a plus)
• SCORM packages and online learning content
• Instructional design and curriculum development
• Working with subject matter experts to create educational content
• Quality assurance and content review
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Scorm file troubleshooting and reporting issues
Bonus Qualifications
• Drone industry experience
• FAA Part 107 knowledge
• Aviation or technical training experience
• Experience developing professional or workforce education
• Experience developing high school curriculum

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
