Job Description: • Develop and strengthen partnerships between providers and the organization to support a robust and sustainable provider network. • Manage all recruitment projects and resources within the assigned territory. • Plan and execute daily recruitment activities using a strategic, results-driven approach. • Evaluate and assess the cost-effectiveness of contracting with specific providers, as needed. • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of recruitment activities, cases, and provider interactions. • Track, monitor, and report recruitment progress to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental or medical network development or provider recruiting; high school diploma or equivalent required. • Reside in California; preferably Northern California (Bay Area/Sacramento). We will consider other cities within California. The role requires the ability to travel by car or air, including occasional overnight stays, though travel is currently minimal. • Strong recruitment, sales, negotiation, relationship-building, and customer service skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including networking, problem-solving, conflict management, and presentation. • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated consultative approach, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality. • Knowledge of Current Dental Terminology (CDT) codes and dental nomenclature. • Strong analytical aptitude. Ability to utilize data to define recruitment strategies.
