What You Will Do
Represent corporate clients in complex commercial litigation, manage matters through all phases of litigation, draft briefs and motions, conduct legal research, and collaborate with clients and legal teams.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience at a Top 100 law firm
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Active membership in the Virginia Bar
