The Marketplace Reporting Specialist will be responsible for downloading and processing reports from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Analytics, as well as maintaining reporting schedules and ensuring on-time delivery of reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or data reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central and their reporting modules
- Basic understanding of SQL or database querying
- Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to surfacing issues
