Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Leadership: Serving as the main point of contact for assigned brands, leading strategic discussions, managing project scope, and providing clear recommendations.
- Project Delivery: Owning end-to-end project delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and ensuring quality, timelines, and smooth overall execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking performance KPIs, reporting actionable insights, and ensuring strict accountability across all project contributors.
- Client Guidance: Utilizing industry expertise to guide clients with well-founded recommendations and assisting them in implementing the most effective strategies to reach their goals.
