CarriersEdge is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of marketing projects using Jira, ensuring work is properly created, scoped, prioritized, assigned, updated, and completed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable enforcing processes while adapting to different teams and functions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, marketing operations, or a related coordination-heavy role within a B2B, SaaS, or similarly process-driven marketing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience using modern project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday, Asana, etc.) to manage workflows, track progress, coordinate dependencies, and improve team execution.
- Proven ability to enforce process discipline and keep teams aligned without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience creating and maintaining documentation, workflows, templates, and process standards.
- Familiarity with marketing teams and marketing workstreams such as campaigns, content, websites, events, and partner initiatives.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and data hygiene best practices.
