Overview :
Drive the integration practice by owning strategy, delivery excellence, and growth across enterprise integration initiatives. This role combines technical leadership, client engagement, and commercial ownership to scale integration capabilities and drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the integration strategy aligned with business and market needs
Build and scale integration capabilities across APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms
Establish best practices, reusable frameworks, and governance models
Solution Architecture & Delivery Oversight
Lead end-to-end integration architecture across complex, multi-system environments
Oversee delivery of API-led, event-driven, and microservices-based integration solutions
Ensure scalability, performance, and security across integration landscapes
Client & Stakeholder Management
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and shape integration roadmaps
Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise integration and digital transformation initiatives
Drive design discussions, solution alignment, and governance forums
Business Growth & Pre-Sales
Own integration-related solutioning for RFPs, proposals, and client pitches
Identify growth opportunities and expand integration footprint within accounts
Support estimation, pricing strategy, and commercial structuring
Innovation & Technology Leadership
Drive adoption of modern integration patterns (API management, iPaaS, event streaming)
Evaluate and implement tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Kafka
Promote automation, reusability, and cloud-native integration approaches
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Mentor architects and engineers; build high-performing integration teams
Drive capability development, certifications, and knowledge sharing
Establish delivery standards and ensure quality across programs
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of experience in enterprise integration and architecture
Strong expertise in API-led integration, microservices, and event-driven architecture
Hands-on experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, etc.)
Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS)
Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs
Strong commercial acumen with experience in pre-sales and solutioning
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in Insurance / Financial Services domain
Exposure to data integration and streaming platforms (Kafka, Spark)
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Positioning
Owns integration strategy and delivery across accounts
Drives both technical excellence and revenue growth
Acts as a bridge between business, architecture, and execution
