Develop and implement optimization strategies for transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of logistics strategies. Manage relationships with carriers and third-party logistics providers, negotiating rates and service terms. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in supply chain management. Troubleshoot and resolve complex logistics issues to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Contribute to the design and implementation of new logistics processes and systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding supply chain performance and initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or a related analytical role. Proficiency with logistics software, including TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement. Familiarity with supply chain optimization techniques. Must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet access.
