What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and support products liability litigation matters
- Draft briefs, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct depositions, expert interviews, and oral arguments
- Work on multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated proceedings
- Manage document review, production, and case strategy
- Handle causation and failure analysis
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of products liability litigation experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong experience in legal writing and case management
- Exposure to complex litigation or MDL environments
- Excellent communication + team-first mindset
- Bar admission in CA, CO, WA, or NY
