Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience in fintech or other scaled consumer products
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact features or products used by large audiences
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both deep problem-solving and long-term, systems-level thinking
- Experience launching new products or major features, from early stages through iteration
- Deep expertise in mobile-first design
- Strong visual design paired with practical UX judgment
- Fluency in Figma and modern design workflows. Actively pursuing fluency in new AI design tools and workflows.
- Clear, effective communication with cross-functional partners
